Aniracetam is nootropic drug with a similar low toxicity to piracetam, however, having a larger range and stronger nootropic effects, particularly increasing intellectual activity. Improves immune function and increases resistance to infection, generates a feeling of health and well-being, particularly in the elderly. Aniracetam may be taken in high doses for long periods, provided that you have no kidney or liver problems. The total daily dose should be 1500 mg in two divided doses. Some people may experience insomnia, in which case it is necessary to take all 1500 mg in the morning. Aniracetam is not known to interact with other drugs and can be safely taken in combination.
